摘要
脾乃中医脏象学说的核心,脾主运化为"后天之本"的功能物质基础,中医学所论述之脾不仅涵盖解剖学的概念,更是对人体生理、病理学高度总结,其功能涉及到消化吸收、水盐代谢、能量转化、肠道微生态平衡以及免疫内分泌等多系统、多器官的综合功能单位。脾主运化与消化系统功能关系密切,脾虚是消化系统疾病常见的病因病机,也是中医临床常见的证型。肠道菌群平衡是脾主运化的主要生理功能,而菌群紊乱是脾虚湿困的重要病理因素,加强中医脾与肠道微生态组成和结构多样性的研究对于阐明脾虚湿困证本质,解释肠道菌群在疾病中的发病机制和治疗策略具有积极意义。
Spleen is the core of TCM visceral theory, and spleen governing transportation and transformation is regarded as the functional substance foundation. TCM spleen covers not only the concept of medical anatomy, but also includes highly summarization of the physiology and pathology. The function of TCM spleen relates to digestion and absorption, water and salt metabolism, energy conversion, intestinal micro ecological balance, as well as immune endocrine systems, and other systems, integrated functional units of multi-organ. Spleen governing transportation and transformation closely related to the digestive system. Spleen deficiency is a common etiology and pathogenesis of digestive disease, which is one of the common clinical syndromes of TCM. The balance of intestinal flora is the main physiological function of the spleen while the intestinal flora disturbance is the important pathological factor of the spleen deficiency and water retention. The study on the relationship between the spleen and intestinal micro ecology has a positive role in clarifying the essence of the spleen deficiency and water retention, meanwhile explaining the pathogenesis of some diseases.
