摘要
以陕西省10个地级市的土地为研究对象,建立土地分等评价指标体系,运用极值标准法、均方差法、多指标综合评价法、聚类分析法对陕西省10个地级市的土地进行分等.结果表明,陕西省10个地级市土地分为四等即第一等:西安市;第二等:咸阳市、渭南市、宝鸡市;第三等:安康市、商洛市、榆林市;第四等:汉中市、铜川市、延安市.
The paper regards the land of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province as the research object, establishes the evaluation index system of land classification, uses the extreme standard method, the mean variance method, the multi index comprehensive evaluation method, and the clustering analysis method to classify the land of 10 cities in Shaanxi. The result shows that, the land of 10 cities in Shaanxi can be divided into four classes: the first, Xi'an City; the second: Xianyang City, Weinan City, and Baoji City; the third: Ankang City, Shangluo City, and Yulin City; and the fourth: Hanzhoung City, Tongchuan City, and Yanan City.
