摘要
技术性贸易壁垒已成为我国水产品出口的最大障碍。在简析我国水产品的出口贸易、遭遇国外技术性贸易壁垒现状的基础上,利用实证方法分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国水产品出口的影响方向及程度;最后,总结了我国水产品出口屡遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的原因,并从政府、行业协会、企业3个层面提出了应对国外技术性贸易壁垒的策略。
Technical barriers to trade （TBT） are the biggest obstacle to aquatic products export of China. This article firstly introduced the trade condition of Chinese aquatic products and the total status of technical barriers which aquatic products encountered, then adopted empirical methods to analyze the direction and degree of technical barriers to our aquatic products export. At last, this article analyzed the reasons that our products encountered the technical barriers, and some adviees to tackle the TBT were provided from the aspects of government, trade associations and enterprise.
