摘要
“校企融通，合作共赢”是职业教育的发展方向，也是学生能力培养的有效途径。我院与上海大众汽车公司的合作，探索了一条共建、共育、共就业、共发展的培养模式，取得了可喜的成绩，实现了多方共赢，为职业院校汽车专业群的教育教学改革提供了很好的借鉴。
enterprise financing cooperation is the development direction of occupation education, and also an effective way of euhivating students ability. Our institute and the Shanghai Volkswagen Company cooperation, explore a common construction, education, employment, development of training mode, and achieved gratifying resuits, achieve a win - win situation, as the occupation college major automotive group＇s reform of education and teaching have a very good reference.
