摘要
目的:了解闵行区莘庄和梅陇两家社区婴儿母亲家庭成员对母乳喂养的态度及返岗后工作场所对母乳喂养的支持状况。方法:对闵行区莘庄和梅陇两家社区306名婴儿母亲就返岗情况、家庭成员对母乳喂养的态度和工作场所对母乳喂养的支持状况进行问卷调查。结果:超过95%的婴幼儿母亲其主要家庭成员对于母乳喂养持支持态度,但仅52.6%的婴儿母亲能感受到专职月嫂对母乳喂养的支持。在152位产后1年内恢复工作且继续母乳喂养的婴儿母亲中,94.5%能享受到工作单位每天1 h的哺乳假,87.7%的工作单位有存放乳汁的冰箱,但是仅19.8%的母亲所在的工作单位有专门哺乳的房间。结论:专职家庭母婴护理人员对母乳喂养的支持态度亟待改善;返岗后母乳喂养的政策条件和客观工作环境仍需改善,包括延长1 h的哺乳假至两岁和设立专门的哺乳房间。
Objective: To understand the attitudes of family members to breastfeeding and support on breastfeeding from workplaces after returning to work among mothers from Xinzhuang Community and Meilong Community of Minhang District in Shanghai. Methods: The attitudes of family members to breastfeeding and support on breastfeeding from workplaces after returning to work among 306 mothers with infants in Xinzhuang Community and Meilong Community of Minhang District in Shanghai were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results: More than 95% of main family members supported breastfeeding,but only 52. 6% of them got support on breastfeeding from professional family childcare assistants. Among 152 mothers who had returned to work within 12 months and continued breastfeeding while working,94. 5% of them could enjoy one hour off for breastfeeding per day,87. 7% of the workplaces had a refrigerator for storing milk,but only19. 8% of them had a special room for breastfeeding in their workplaces. Conclusion: The supportive attitude of professional family childcare assistants to breastfeeding needs to be improved; after returning to work,the policy and workplace for breastfeeding should be improved,including extension of time for breastfeeding( one hour) until two years after birth and setting up a special room for breastfeeding.
