摘要
目的 研究吸食阿片类毒品对人体细胞免疫功能、自由基及性腺激素的影响及与中医肾虚的关系 .方法 应用红细胞 C3b受体 -酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 - IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能 ,应用流式细胞仪技术 ,通过微量全血直接免疫荧光染色法测定外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群以反映细胞免疫功能 ;应用酶标仪及 85 1光电比色计测定自由基相关指标(SOD,MDA,NO,NOS)的含量 ;应用酶免法检测黄体生成素 (L H)、滤泡刺激素 (FSH)、睾酮 (T)的含量 .参考昆明药物依赖性康复中心《阿片类药物戒断症状量表》(OWS) [1 ]进行戒断肾虚症状积分评定 .结果 17例吸毒者外周血检测 RBC-C3b RR,CD4 + 细胞百分率明显低于健康人 (P<0 .0 1) .SOD,MDA明显高于健康人 (P<0 .0 1) ;NO,NOS明显低于健康人 (P<0 .0 1) ;L H,FSH,T明显低于健康人 (P<0 .0 1) .戒断症状肾虚积分评定 ,结果表明 ,17例都有典型肾虚症状 .结论 吸毒者细胞免疫功能低下 ,SOD,MDA升高 ;NO,NOS降低 ,垂体 -性腺功能严重障碍 .提示吸食阿片类毒品的中医证型以肾虚症状为主 。
AIM To study the reactive ability of cellular immune function, free radical (SOD, MDA, NO, NOS) and hypo pituitary gonad axis in the drug addicts. METHODS T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood (including CD4 + and CD8 +) were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunoflurescent staining technique with flow cytometer (FCM) were observed to evaluate the immune functions in drug addicts. The SOD, MDA, NO, NOS were observed to evaluate in drug addicts. Gonad functions (including FSH, LH and T) were observed to valuate the gonad functions in the drug addicts. RESULTS The value of RBC C 3bRR, CD4 + in drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people ( P <0.01). The values of SOD and MDA in drug addicts were significantly higher than that in normal people ( P <0.01), The values of NO and NOS in drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people ( P <0.01). The values of LH, FSH and T in the drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION The drug addicts' NO, NOS, cellular immune function and gonad function were lower than that in normal people. SOD and MDA in drug addicts were significantly higher than that in normal people ( P <0.01).
