摘要
目的建立慢性阻塞性肺病复合肾虚证大鼠模型的方法。方法采用二氧化硫气体熏吸合并腺嘌呤饲料喂饲复制慢阻肺复合肾虚证模型。分别进行病理图像描述,病理图像分析以进行细支气管内径、外径测量和内外径比值的计算,放射免疫法检测血清睾酮和雌二醇含量。采用SPSS 统计软件进行单因素方差分析。结果复合模型组实验动物肺脏组织病理表现出慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)特征性改变。与正常组相比复合模型组细支气管内径减少、外径增加以及内外径比值减少, 具备了COPD的病理基础;同时还较正常组出现了血浆雌二醇和睾酮含量的下降,具有肾虚证的实验室改变。结论本造模方法可以复制出慢性阻塞性肺病复合肾虚证的动物模型。
Objective To set up the method of the complex rat model with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and kidney weak syndrome. Method Smoking with SO2 gas and feeding with adenine to establish the complex rat model. Histomorphyological changes were observed. The micrometer of computerized image analysis system was used for measure the diameter of the bronchioles. Testosterone and estradiol were detected. One-way AVONA was used for checkout. Result The lung tissues of the rats in model group showed the typical change of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Compared to the normal group, they also showed that the outer diameter of the airway was increased, and the inner and the odds of the inner and outer were decreased, which was the basic pathologic Changes of COPD. Meanwhile, content of the testosterone and estradiol were all decreased, which was the experiment character of kidney weak syndrome. Conclusion The rat model with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and kidney weak syndrome could be established by smoking with SO2 gas and feeding with adenine.
