摘要
切槽爆破是分段凿岩阶段出矿采矿法的重要爆破工程之一,一般多采用浅孔爆破,其主要问题是爆破效率低,安全性差,而使用中深孔进行切槽爆破可有效解决该问题,但采用中深孔进行切槽爆破时,如发生拒爆现象,处理难度很大,故如何选取安全性可靠、经济合理的起爆网路是最重要的环节之一。基于某矿山实例,确定了中深孔切槽爆破参数,设计选择了两种合理的复式起爆网路,分析了起爆网路可靠性影响因素,采用概率统计原理计算了各自的可靠度,最终确定在一次起爆6排炮孔时,普通复式起爆网路适合该矿山的中深孔切槽爆破。
Cutting blasting was an important blasting procedure in underground segmented rock drilling and ore drawing mining method. The main problem of short hole blasting was of low efficiency and poor safety,however,which could effectively solve the problem by drilling mid-deep holes in cutting blasting. But when this method was used in cutting blasting,it was difficult to treat it when the misfire occurred. So an important link was to choose the economi-cal rationality and reliability blasting circuit. Based on the actual situation of a mine,the blasting parameters were de-termined to apply mid-deep hole cutting blasting and two kinds of double-initiation blasting circuit. Finally,the ordi-nary double-initiation blasting circuit was chosen to meet the mine when detonating 6 rows blasting holes at the same time by considering the influence factors of blasting circuit and the principle of probability statistics to calculate the reliability values.
