摘要
近些年,国有大型企业通过持续不断地开展厂务公开工作,使职工民主管理权益得到了充分尊重,干群关系进一步融洽,取得了可喜成绩。但是,随着形势不断发展变化,特别是国家科学发展、民主管理进程的不断推进以及党的群众路线教育活动的不断深入,对开展厂务公开工作提出了新的更高的要求。
In recent years, large SOEs have made progress in the publicity of factory affairs, democratic management and Rela- tion between the cadres and the masses. However, along with the changing situations, especially the deepening scientific develop- ment and the educational activities of mass line, the work of publicity of factory affairs should be improved further.
