摘要
新形势下加强国有企业党建工作的着力点是,充分发挥国企党组织的政治核心作用,提高国有企业党建工作的科学化水平,把党的政治优势转化为企业科学发展的优势。文章总结了南通市近年来国企党建工作的一些新的思路与做法,分析了目前国企党建工作面临的新问题,进而提出了进一步理顺国有企业党组织关系、发挥国有企业党组织政治核心作用、加大国有企业党员队伍建设力度、健全国有企业工作机制等建议。
The supporting point to reinforce Party-building work in state-owned enterprises under new situation is to make the most of the political core function,to improve the scientific level of Party-building work in state-owned enterprises and turn the political advantage into the advantage of the scientific development of companies.This paper analyzes the new problems that Party-building work is facing and puts forward suggestions such as further smoothing Party organization relation and exemplifying the political core function of state-owned enterprises and strengthening the construction of Party-building and perfecting the working mechanism of state-owned enterprises by summing up new ideas and practice of Party-building work in state-owned enterprises of Nantong.
