摘要
目的研究基层医院住院患者微生物标本送检率及其影响因素,以制定管理措施,提高微生物标本送检率。方法通过现场资料调查,了解某医院患者微生物标本送检情况,分析影响标本送检的因素。结果影响住院患者微生物标本送检率的主要因素是医院管理者的重视程度,业务院长的重视程度直接影响标本送检率的高低。该医院在医院感染管理科将微生物标本送检纳入业务院长查房内容之后,院内感染患者微生物标本送检率由之前的55.48%,提高到70.77%;非干预组现患率调查使用抗菌药物和限制使用级抗菌药物的患者微生物标本送检率分别由44.83%和53.97%提高到干预组的58.06%和76.36%。结论将微生物标本送检纳入业务院长查房内容,可以使患者微生物标本送检率明显提高。
Objective To study microbial specimens delivery rate of basic level hospital and its influence factors, in or- der to improve the microbial specimens delivery rate. Methods Field data investigation was used to understand the micro- bial specimens detection in a hospital and analyze the influence factors. Results The main influence factors was the atten- tion of hospital managers, professional dean＇s value affected the level of microbial specimens delivery rate directly. After the hospital put the microbial specimens delivery rate into the content of professional dean＇s clinical round, the microbial speci- mens delivery rate was increased from 55.48% to 70. 77%, the microbial specimens delivery rate of antibiotic using inpa- tients and restriction antimicrobial agents using patients were increased from 44. 86%, 53.97% to 58. 06%, 76. 36%. Conclusion Putting the microbial specimens detection into business president rounds content can increase microbial speci- mens delivery rate.
