摘要
介绍了焦炉煤气脱硫废液的来源、水质特点及生物毒性,重点分析了国内脱硫废液的处理方法包括热分解法、结晶提盐法、膜法、萃取法、沉淀法、催化氧化法和离子交换法的研究进展。最后提出了脱硫废液的处理需结合钢铁企业长流程的特点,实现脱硫废液的内部消化及无害化的建议。
The source,quality characterization and biological toxicity of coke oven gas desulfurization waste liquid were described.The domestic research of several common treatment methods were selectively analyzed,including thermal decomposition,crystal-lization,membrane method,extraction,sedimentation,catalytic oxidation and ion ex-change method.Finally,suggestion of desulfurization waste liquid internal digestion and innocuousness treating by iron industry themselves which have long technological process was presented.
