摘要
杀菌剂是影响生防菌应用的重要因素,抗药性实验是评价生防菌耐受杀菌剂作用的基础工作。本研究采用牛津杯法和平板菌落计数法,测定5种常用杀菌剂对烟草疫霉菌有拮抗作用的地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和解淀粉芽孢杆菌3个菌株的抑菌作用。结果表明:(1)35%甲霜灵、80%代森锰锌、722 g/L霜霉威盐酸盐对3种拮抗菌无抑制作用,表明可以和供试的3种拮抗菌混配使用;(2)58%甲霜·锰锌和68%精甲霜·锰锌对3种细菌有抑制作用,甲霜·锰锌对3种细菌的EC50值平均为221.9μg/m L,精甲霜·锰锌对3种拮抗菌的EC50值平均为195.5μg/m L,表明不能和供试的3种拮抗菌混配使用。
Fungicide is the key factors to affect the application of bio-control bacteria, and the experiment of drug resistance is the basic work to estimate the influence of bio-control bacteria tolerance pesticide. In this study, five kinds of commonly fungicides were used to antagonize Bacillus licheniformis, B. subtilis and B. amyloliquefaciens with antagonistic Phytophora nicotianae by oxford cup method and plate colony counting. Results showed that: (1) 35% metalaxyl, 80% mancozeb and 722 g/L propamocarb hydrochloride had no bacteriostatic activity, which indicated they could be respectively used mixed with the Bacillus; (2) 58% metalaxyl-mancozeb and 68% metaldehyde-maneozeb had inhibition, the average EC50 of 58% metalaxyl-mancozeb reached 221.9 μg/mL, and the average ECso of 68% metaldehyde-mancozeb reached 195.5 μg/mL, indicated they can not be respectively used mixed with the bacillus.
