摘要
用生长速率法测定8种杀菌剂对烟草疫霉菌的毒力作用。试验结果表明,50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂和25%甲霜.霜霉威可湿性粉剂对烟草疫霉菌菌丝的抑制效果较好,两者的EC50分别为0.0055㎎/L和0.2831㎎/L。
Based on the mycelium growth rate,the toxicity of eight fungicides were tested against Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae（Breda de Hean）Tuker.The results showed that the 50% dimethomoph WP and the 25% propamocard hydrochloride WP had better toxicity against the fungus,with EC50 of 0.0055㎎/L and 0.2831㎎/L,respectively.
