氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法与红蓝光治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 痤疮是一种好发于青少年的累及毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病,好发于皮脂溢出部位,与雄激素、皮脂分泌增多、毛囊皮脂腺导管异常角化、痤疮丙酸杆菌增殖及遗传等因素有关。常表现为粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿、结节及瘢痕等皮损,发病率高。目前治疗痤疮的方法很多,包括口服及外用药物、中医中药、
