奥硝唑治疗炎症性痤疮的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 选择门诊III、III、V级痤疮患者220例随机分为治疗组140例,对照组80例。治疗组给予奥硝唑0.5 g,每日2次,口服,外用维A酸乳膏;对照组仅外用维A酸乳膏,均4周为一疗程,疗程结束后进行疗效评估。结果:治疗组较对照组总有效率有高度显著性差异(P<0.001),而且对III级痤疮疗效最好,II级次之,IV级较差,治疗组IIII、V级疗效对比也有高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。奥硝唑治疗炎症性痤疮疗效确切,无明显副作用,可以长期用药,值得临床参考应用。
