摘要
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,科研项目越来越多,高校科研实验室承担的科研任务逐年增加,化学类科研实验室随着科学实验数量的增多,使用的危险化学品的种类及数量也在不断增加。针对目前高校化学类科研实验室的危险化学品管理现状,分析其存在的问题和故障隐患,进而提出了规范管理危险化学品的重要性、必要性及具体对策,并介绍其应用实施效果,即:节省实验室的存储空间,减少存储危险化学品带来的安全隐患,提高科研经费的利用效率,降低过期危险化学品的处理成本,减少环境污染。从而,建议在高校各院系间建立网络信息平台,为实验室提供危险化学品资源共享,以减少危险化学品的储存量,不仅具有安全、环保等社会效益,同时具有一定的经济效益。
Standardized management of hazardous chemicals benefits storage space saving,security risk reduction,and effective utilization of research funding. It can also reduce the treatment cost of expired chemicals and environmental pollution. The problems and hidden risks of current management on hazardous chemicals in chemistry research laboratories of universities are analyzed,then the strategy of hazardous chemical management is proposed and its application effects are presented. Networking platform among university faculties is recommended to provide shared hazardous chemicals to reduce the amount of hazardous chemical storage. It can not only bring out social benefits,such as safety and environmental protection,but also provide economic benefits.
