摘要
阐述了加快实验室建设对人才培养的作用;分析了高校实验室建设与管理的现状;提出了构建实验室二级管理模式和对实验技术人员实行培养和激励政策,吸引和利用好资金加快实验室建设的具体措施与建议。
Taking the laboratory construction as the background, ＂innovative＂ training as a starting point, this paper puts forward to update the concept of education ＆ teaching and talents training mode as the guide, to speed up the laboratory construction force, to broaden the college students＇ learning and innovation space, better play to the laboratory construction on the cultivation of talents position and role. This paper also expounds the role of accelerating laboratory construction to talent cultivation, and analyses the status of university laboratory construction and management, puts forward to measures and suggestions of accelerating laboratory construction.
