摘要
目的基于柯式模型构建肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价体系。方法咨询35名专家确定评价指标,运用层次分析法和百分权重法确定各级指标权重,最终形成评价体系。结果专家的权威系数为0.816,专家意见集中程度中各条目的均数变异系数均≤0.2442,专家意见的协调程度为0.302。经过两轮咨询后确定的肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价体系中,一级指标4条、二级指标19条、三级指标83条;信度Cronbach′s a为0.963,相关系数r均≥0.428。结论肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价体系经检验,专家意见集中,结果科学、可靠、信效度较高,对肿瘤专科护士培训及效果评价、考核、准入等均可提供可量化的依据。
Objective To establish the evaluation system based on Kirkpatrick Model for training the oncology-specific nurse.Methods The evaluation indexes were ascertained by consultating 35 experts for two rounds.The evaluation system was formed by analyzing the evaluation indexes with the analytic hierarchy process and the percentage weight method.Results The level of authority was 0.816.Expert opinion concentration in various purposes mean variation coefficient was less than 0.2442.The coordination level of expertise was 0.302.By two rounds of 35 experts consultation,the indexes of evaluation system for training the oncology-specific nurse included 4firstlevel items,19second-level items and 83third-level items.Cronbach′s a was 0.963 and coefficient was more than 0.428.Conclusion The evaluation system is scientific and reliable,which can provide objective and quantitative standards for evaluating the outcomes in training the oncology-specific nurse.
