摘要
目的探讨中国ICU专科护士培养模式,并提出今后的研究和实践方向。方法回顾性分析和总结中国ICU专科护士培养模式及其存在的问题。结果ICU专科护士的培养主要有临床培养和院校承办两种模式。ICU专科护士培训中主要存在缺乏统一的认证机制、培训重点参差不齐、培训师资薄弱和ICU缺乏发展平台等问题。结论规范ICU专科护士资格认证制度、结合临床实际寻求最佳的培养模式、建全临床师资培训制度和明确专科护士的职责和待遇,这些将是ICU专科护士今后研究和实践的方向。
Objective To explore the specialized training mode on intensive care unit （ICU） nurses in China, and to put forward the directions of the research and practice for the future. Method Data focused on the specialized training mode and questions on ICU nurses in China were reviewed and analyzed. Result According to ICU actual development of the hospitals in China, the existing problems were listed as follows： lacking of authentication mechanism, training emphasis being in uneven levels, training teachers being weak, and so on. Conclusion The directions of research and practice in the future for establishing appropriate ICU specialist nurse training mode include to standardize the authentication mechanism, to set up training mode based on clinics and to clarify the specialist nurses duties and treatment.
