摘要
法制文学具有推广法制观念、普及法律常识、树立典型形象、打击犯罪意识、探究犯罪根源和改善现行法制等独特功用。其核心目标就是法律思维的培养,即培养人们根据法律的原则、法制的规范、法治的精神,运用法律理念、法律语言、法律逻辑来思考、分析、解决社会问题。在公安院校开设的《法制文学》课程中,通过课堂上的理论教学及课外的实践教学来培养学生的法律思维是最有效的途径。
Literature of Law＂ course plays a unique role in popularizing legal concept and legal knowledge, establishing typical image, cracking down on criminal consciousness, and probing into the sources of crimes and improving the current legal system, etc. The core goal is to cultivate students＂ legal thinking. Namely, people are trained to reflect, analyze and resolve the social problems on the basis of legal principal, standard norms and law spirits, and use legal concept, legal language, legal logics. In ＂Literature of Law＂ course offered in police academies, the most effective avenue is to develop students＂ legal thinking by in-class theoretical teaching as well as by off-class practical teaching.
