精脱硫技术进展及钛基催化剂的应用探索 被引量:11

摘要 阐述了我国气体净化技术中精脱硫工艺从粗放式向精脱式的演变过程,介绍了当前几种主流脱硫剂的型号、性能和在相关工艺中的使用条件。从工程实例出发,分析了水煤气中由于O2的存在,导致使用铝基催化剂的无变换精脱硫工艺流程复杂,并介绍了新开发的钛基催化剂的功能,及其在水煤气、焦炉煤气精脱硫中的应用。 The development process of China's gas purification technology, i.e. from extensive to fine desulfurization was expounded, and the model, performance and service conditions in some technologies of the catalyst were introduced. According to engineering practice, the aluminum-based catalytic fine desulfurization without conversion was a complicated process due to the presence of oxygen in the water gas. The function of the lately developed Ti-based catalyst which could not be affected by 02 was introduced and its application in the fine desulfurization of the water gas and coke oven gas was presented.
