介绍了焦炉气制甲醇工艺中,焦炉气的精制过程以及工艺设计和设备选型的特点,采用部分氧化催化转化工艺制得的甲醇合成气,完全能够满足甲醇合成需要,在装置规模、安全、环保等方面可达到国际先进水平。
The refining process of coke oven gas (COG) and its equipment selection during methanol synthesis from COG were introduced, The synthesis gas prepared by partial oxidation (pure oxygen and steam) and catalytic conversion can meet the requirement of methanol production. The technology is advanced in the world from the aspects of plant capacity, safety and environmental protection.
