摘要
3YK3075是一种3层双轴圆振动筛,用于矿物原料的分级作业。建立3YK3075圆振动筛动力学模型,利用虚拟样机技术对其进行动力学仿真分析,得出筛箱各处的运动轨迹和位移曲线。仿真结果与理论分析一致,为振动筛的进一步优化提供了理论指导。
3YK3075was a there layer biaxial circular vibrating screen which used to screen various size of mineral materials. To build dynamic model and simulate dynamic characteristics of YK3075 circular vibrating screen using virtual prototyping technology. The parameters such as displacements and trajectory were acquired. The computer simulation results were in accordance with the theory analysis,and helpful for the further theoretical research and the optimal design.
