摘要
为探索偏心块质量差异对直线振动筛性能的影响程度,以ZK24525直线振动筛为研究对象,通过PRO/E建立该筛机的动力学模型,并利用虚拟样机技术对其进行动力学仿真分析。仿真结果表明:振动器两轴上偏心块较小的质量差异(≤0.30 kg)对直线振动筛的振动有一定影响,但不会影响整机性能。
To understand the effect of difference in eccentric block mass on performance of linear vibrating screen,ZK24525 vibrating screen is studied by using PRO / E to establish dynamic model and then the dynamic stimulation is analyzed by virtual prototype technology. The results show that less difference( ≤0. 30 kg) in eccentric block mass has little effect on linear vibrating screen.
