摘要
滑溜水压裂在非常规油气田开发中得到广泛应用,其原因是滑溜水可以有效降低管内摩阻,从而减少施工压力,且对地层伤害小。针对连续混配的施工工艺,研制出一种可应用于滑溜水体系的速溶型减阻剂,该体系溶解速度快、减阻效率高,且与滑溜水中的防膨剂、助排剂等助剂配伍性良好,可满足常规配液方式及连续混配工艺。现场试验结果表明,利用新型速溶减阻剂配制的滑溜水溶液减阻率可达65%以上,且2min内完全溶解于滑溜水体系中,可应用于压裂及酸化施工中。
Slick-water fracturing has been widely applied in unconventional oil and gas field development,because slickwater could effectively reduce the friction in tubing/casing,reduce operation pressure with little formation damage.In allusion to the technique of continuous-blending fracturing operation,an instant drag-reducer was developed for the slick-water system,the system was dissolved rapidly with high drag-reducing effect.It had a good compatibility with anti-swelling agent and cleanup additive,it could meet the demands of conventional fracturing liquid blending and continuous-blending fracturing technology.It can be dissolved in slick water within 2min,it can be used in acid fracturing operation.
