低伤害高效清洁滑溜水压裂液体系研制与应用 被引量:9

Research and application of the clean slickwater fracturing fluid system with low damage and high efficiency

摘要 针对目前常用的减阻剂存在着对储层伤害大以及与其他处理剂配伍性较差等问题,室内合成了一种新型减阻剂CMT-10,并以此为主要处理剂,结合页岩抑制剂和助排剂的优选,研制出一套适合页岩气井的低伤害高效清洁滑溜水压裂液体系,并进行了综合性能评价和现场应用。室内性能评价结果表明,该压裂液体系中各处理剂之间以及体系与地层水之间的配伍性均较好;体系属于假塑性流体,流变性能较好;压裂液的返排性能较好,当返排时间为10 min时,返排率能够达到65%以上;压裂液对储层的伤害较小,对天然岩心的基质渗透率伤害率仅为7.65%,对支撑裂缝导流能力的伤害率仅为8.89%,具有良好的储层保护性能。压裂液体系的减阻率能够达到71.5%,防膨率达到95.6%,表面张力低至22.7 mN/m,综合性能优良,能够满足页岩气井压裂现场施工对降阻、防膨、低伤害以及快速返排的要求。该压裂液体系在现场进行了成功应用,各项施工参数均能达到设计要求,极大地提高了页岩储层压裂施工的效率。 In the light of the huge reservoir damage and poor compatibility with other additives for the currently used drag reducer,a new drag reducer agent CMT-10 was synthesized in the laboratory.Taking CMT-10 as the main additive,combined with the optimization of the shale inhibitor and cleanup additive,a set of low-damage and high-efficiency clean slickwater fracturing fluid system suitable for the shale gas well was developed.The comprehensive performance evaluation and field application were also carried out.The laboratory performance evaluation results show that the compatibilities among each agent in the fracturing fluid system and between the system and the formation water are much better;the system is a pseudoplastic fluid with better rheological performance;the fracturing-fluid flowback performance is better too;when the flowback time is 10 minutes,the flowback rate can reach more than 65%;the damage is pretty lower for the fracturing fluid to the reservoir,the damage rate to the matrix permeability of the natural core is only 7.65%,and the rate to the supporting fracture conductivity is only 8.89%,so the reservoir protection performance is much better.The drag reduction rate of the fracturing fluid system and the anti-swelling rate can reach 71.5%and 95.6%respectively and the surface tension can be as low as 22.7 mN/m.The results have shown excellent comprehensive performance,which can meet the requirements of the drag reduction,anti-swelling,low damage and rapid backflow in the shale gas-well fracturing operation.The fracturing fluid system has been successfully applied in the field,and all the operation parameters can meet the design requirements,so the efficiency of the shale reservoir fracturing operation can be greatly improved.
