摘要
尽管孟中印缅经济走廊建设已经提上议事日程,但由于涉及的地区国家多,情势较为复杂,面临的各种风险因素及不确定性也比较多,需要我们全面对这些存在的风险进行细致梳理,并提出相关的防范建议。
The construction of BCIM-EC has been put on the agenda.As many countries are involved and the situation becomes more complicated than expected before,the BCIM-EC construction is confronted with various risk factors and uncertainties.This article is an attempt to assess potential risks and put forward several preventive recommendations.
