摘要
"现代学徒制"是近年来提出的一种职业教育新理念。本文在对"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的概念以及对推进"现代学徒制"人才培养模式改革中出现的问题进行分析的基础上提出了由政府主导、学校、企业和学生参与的改革办法。
Modern apprenticeship is a new philosophy of vocational education proposed in recent years. Based on analyzing the concept of modern apprenticeship talent training mode and the problems in promoting the reform of it,this paper proposes the reform measures, which the government leads and the school, the enterprise and the student participate in.
