摘要
目的探讨护理干预对减轻痔术后疼痛的效果。方法针对患者恐惧、害怕的心理,干预组人员实施一套术前简化快捷护理操作程序,从术前繁琐冗长的术前准备时间和采用家庭式心理护理方式,来有效减轻痔术前恐惧,术后疼痛,消除患者的思想的顾虑及提高术后康复的时间,与传统的护理措施进行比较。结果术后疼痛情况干预组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论简便有效的护理干预程序有效地缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛程度,稳定患者病情,减少并发症,提高患者生存质量方面有重大意义。
Objective To study postoperative nursing intervention to relieve pain after hemorrhoidectomy. Methods Compared with the traditional nursing interventions,the study group patients with fear of psychology were treated by a simplified quick preoperative nursing procedures from preoperative sychological care family way to effectively reduce hemorrhoid preoperative fear,postoperative pain, eliminate the patient＇s concerns to ideas to shorten postoperative recovery time. Results The study group felt significantly lower postoperative pain than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A simple and effective nursing intervention in relieving hemorrhoidctomy pain,stabling patients condition,reducing complications and improving patient quality of life were effetive.
