摘要
以结构复杂的ZTC4合金铸件为研究对象,借助计算机仿真技术对铸件的充型过程进行分析;预测铸件中铁豆和缩孔等缺陷出现的部位。预测结果与实际铸造情况吻合。根据分析和试验结果,对铸造工艺进行优化,消除了铸件缺陷。
Taking complicated structure of ZTC4 alloy casting as research object, its filling processing were simulated and analyzed by the help of computer simulation technology. The parts of cold-shots and shrinkage cavity defects were predicted. The predicted results accord with the actual casting. According to the analysis and experiment results, the casting process was optimized, and the casting defects were eliminated.
