摘要
浇注了不同含铝量的镁合金试样,并采用OM、SEM、EDS等分析手段研究了铝含量变化对凝固组织中β相含量及形貌的影响。结果表明:在亚共晶成分范围内,随含铝量的增加,共晶β-Mg17Al12相含量迅速增多,由网状逐渐转变为片状结构并形成共晶集群结构;镁合金的布氏硬度呈现出先增大再减小的趋势。
The AI-Mg alloy samples with different content of aluminum were prepared, and the effects of A1 content on solidification structure and the morphology of β phase were studied by OM, SEM and EDS. The results reveal that the amount of eutectic β-Mg17Al12 phase rapidly increase with the increase of aluminum content in hypoeutectic composition, and the morphology gradually transformes from mesh sheet structure into cluster structure of eutectic. Brinell hardness of the magnesium alloy first increases and then decreases.
