轧钢加热炉炉炕结渣根治方法探讨

摘要 针对推钢式加热炉实炉底频繁结渣问题的形成原因进行分析、论证,结合加热炉自身特点及其他厂家成功经验,通过改进实炉底砌筑方法、调整烧钢工艺等措施,使实炉底频繁结渣问题得到根治,解决了制约轧钢生产的一大瓶颈。根治推钢式加热炉炉炕结渣的方法关键是控制好耐热钢滑轨表面与炉炕面的标高差,并辅以烧钢过程的合理控制等。 The author analyzes and demonstrates the causes of frequent slagging at the solid bottom of pusher-type reheat furnace.In combination with the characteristics of the said furnace and successful experience from other plants,the problem was solved thoroughly by improving solid furnace bottom masonry method,adjusting billet heating process and etc.Thus,a bottleneck restraining rolling production was released.The key point to solve slagging problem at heatable bed of pusher-type reheat furnace is to control the elevation difference between surfaces of heat resistant sliding rail and furnace heatable bed and to supplement it with reasonable control over billet heating process.
