摘要
镀锌线生产镀铝锌产品时候锌锅渣比较严重,大量的锌渣结在锌锅辊上导致生产很不稳顺。利用SEM和X-射线衍射分析镀锌线锌锅辊所结渣的成分,研究了锌锅辊结渣的原因,从而找出解决减少锌锅渣和锌锅辊结渣的办法,为生产线稳顺生产和产品质量的提高创造有利条件。
The zinc slag pot was serious when the galvanized line producted aluminum-zinc alloy coating products. The production was unstable due to a large number of zinc slag adhered to zinc pot roller surface. By SEM and X-ray diffraction zinc pot roller slag composition about the galvanized line was analysed, and zinc pot roller slag reasons were investigated. A solution to reduce the zinc slag and zinc pot roller slag was found. Favorable conditions for the stable production lines and product quality improvement were provided.
