摘要
双向转诊是有效配置区域上下级医疗机构间的医疗服务资源,构建合理分层就诊体系的重要举措。从供应驱动角度分析了双向转诊协同概念,指出了存在问题,提出了构建方法 :完善供应链体系;协调供需平衡;信息实时共享;政策引导支持;与需求驱动互补等。
Two-way referral is an important measure for the effective allocation of medical service resources among different levels of medical institutions and construction of reasonable hierarchy medical treatment system.This paper analyzed the concept and problems of Two-way referral collaboration system from the perspective of supply driven,and proposed construction measures which included improvement of supply chain system,balance of supply and demand,real-time information sharing,guidance and support of policy,complementation with supply driven,etc.
