摘要
自2003年教育部启动高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估,至今已有十余年时间。分析评估实践发现,当前的评估存在如下问题:"行政化"倾向、评估价值取向的偏差和异化、评估模式单一和固化、高职院校"内生评估动力"缺失。需进行如下改进:由"主导者"变为"引导者"和"宏观调控者";调整评估价值取向;构建多元化、动态生成的高等职业教育评估体系框架;培育积极健康的高等职业教育评估文化。
It is over ten years since the beginning of the evaluation of vocational colleges launched by the education ministry in 2003.The findings of the investigation include administrative tendency,digressions of values,monotony of evaluation,and lack of introspective motivations.So the countermeasures are discussed as strategies for a complete system in support of a sound and dynamic evaluation.
