血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白质及白细胞计数检测在重症肺炎中的临床效果价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白质、及白细胞计数检测在重症肺炎中的临床价值。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院自2012年8月至2013年8月1年以来收治的68例肺炎患者的临床资料,其中重症肺炎患者34例作为观察组,34例轻症肺炎患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白质以及白细胞计数。结果两组患者的的血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白质及白细胞计数有着明显差异,具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白质及白细胞计数能够为临床进行早期的准确诊断,进而进行有效合理的治疗,为取得良好的预后提供一定的依据。 Objective To investigate the serum procalcitonin, C- reactive protein and white blood cell count, detection of clinical value in the treatment of severe pneumonia in. Methods Using the retrospective method, the hospital clinical data from 68 cases of patients with pneumonia in 2012 August-2013 year in August a year from the patients with severe pneumonia, 34 cases as the observation group, 34 cases of patients with mild pneumonia as control group, compared two groups of patients the serum procalcitonin, C- reactive protein and white blood cell count. Results The two groups of patients with serum procalcitonin, C- reactive protein and white blood cell count has obvious difference, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum procalcitonin, C- reactive protein and white blood cell count to clinical diagnosis and treatment of early, effective and reasonable, to provide a basis for good prognosis.
