C-反应蛋白在不稳定型心绞痛危险分层中的浓度变化 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血液C-反应蛋白(CRP)在不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)不同危险分层中的浓度变化。方法将143例入选的UAP患者分成高危组(n=39)、中危组(n=45)和低危组(n=59),测定3组血液CRP浓度。结果高、中、低危组血CRP浓度分别为15.18±6.86mg/L、11.32±5.62mg/L和7.92±3.82mg/L,随危险程度的增高,血CRP浓度有增加的趋势(F=3.98,P<0.05)。结论血液CRP浓度随着UAP危险分层的增高,出现增加的趋势。测定血液CRP浓度有助于UAP的危险分层及预后估计。
