甘孜州食用菌资源和可持续利用技术的研究 被引量:13

摘要 调查了甘孜州野生食用菌资源及其生长的生态环境情况,其中野生食用菌主要以冬虫夏草、松茸、羊肚菌、黄绿密环菌、翘鳞肉齿菌、牛肝菌、鸡油菌及黑木耳等为代表。该地区生态多样性丰富,野生食用菌生态环境主要以旱生灌丛、硬叶常绿阔叶林、针阔混交林、针叶林及高山草甸等为主。同时在资源调查的基础上详尽分析了食用菌产业发展现状和存在的一些问题,并提出了食用菌产业可持续发展的具体对策和建议,以期实现甘孜州地区农牧民持续增收,促进藏区社会安定团结。 The edible mushroom resources and their growing ecological resources were investigated in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Cordyceps sinensis , Tricholoma matsutake , Morchella , Armillarialuteo - riven, Sarcodon imbricatus , Bolettts , Can- tharellus cibarius and Auricularia auricula -judae were the dominant edible mushroom groups. In addition, the ecological diversi- ty of this region was very good and xeric shrubs, sclerophyllous evergreen broadleaf forest, conifer, coniferous forests and alpine meadows were the representation environment of wild edible mushroom. Meanwhile, the current status and existing problems in the development of mushroom industry based on the resource survey were analyzed. Finally, we indicated some specific methods and advices in order to promote the income of farming herdsman and stability and unity of Tibetan society.
