摘要
利用拉曼光谱技术结合主成分分析(PCA)及偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA),建立黄芪饮片产地鉴别方法.实验检测获取了来自山西、甘肃、内蒙古、黑龙江、陕西等五产地共300批次黄芪饮片的拉曼光谱,通过PCA法对不同产地样本进行判别区分,利用PLS法建立产地判别模型并予以验证.结果表明:基于拉曼光谱良好的特异性,结合PCA及PLS-DA等方法,可实现黄芪饮片产地的快速鉴别.该方法还可拓展应用于其他饮片产地鉴别及饮片真伪判别,具有良好应用前景.
This work aims to discriminate Huangqi (Radix Astragali seu Hedysari) from different producingareas using Raman spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis ( PLS - DA). The Raman spectroscopy of 300 batches of Huangqi from five producing areas of Shanxi, Gansu, Nei Mongol, Heilongjiang and Shaanxi were measured and analyzed by PCA method to discriminate between samples from different producing areas. The discriminant model of producing areas based on PLS method was establish and verified. The results demonstrated that rapid identification of the producing areas of Huangqi could be achieved by Raman spectroscopy combined with PCA and PLS -DA methods. This method has a good applica- tion prospect and could be expanded to other medicinal herbs origin identification and authenticity identification.
