摘要
为进一步完善黄芪质量评价体系,查阅相关文献,从黄芪主要化学成分(皂苷类及黄酮类、黄芪多糖类)及光谱技术(紫外光谱法、红外光谱法、荧光光谱法、拉曼光谱法)的应用两方面对黄芪的质量评价进行概述,发现光谱技术因其检测速度快、灵敏度高、检测限低等优点而在黄芪质量评价中应用广泛,该技术可为黄芪品质管控提供参考。
To further perfect the quality assessment system of Astragali Radix by consulting the relevant litera⁃ture,this paper summarizes the related research from the 2 aspects of application used in the quality assessment of Astragali Radix involving the major chemical components(saponins and flavonoids,polysaccharides of Astragali Ra⁃dix)and spectroscopic technique(ultraviolet spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,raman spectroscopy),and it is found that since the latter has the advantages of fast detection speed,high sensitivity and low detection limit etc.,it has broad application prospects in the quality assessment of Astragali Radix.
