膀胱癌患者血清、尿液及组织中MMP、TIMP及VEGF的变化研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨膀胱癌患者血清、尿液及组织中MMP 、TIMP及VEGF的变化情况.方法 选取2009年7月~2013 年6 月本院收治的95例膀胱癌患者为观察组,并以同期的95例膀胱良性病变患者为对照组,然后将两组的血清、尿液及组织中MMP、TIMP及VEGF水平进行检测与比较,并比较观察组中不同分期患者的血清、尿液及组织中MMP 、TIMP及VEGF检测水平.结果 观察组血清及尿液中的MMP、TIMP及VEGF水平均高于对照组,组织中MMP、TIMP及VEGF阳性率也高于对照组,且其中分期较高者的检测结果均高于分期较低者,P<0.05,均有显著性差异.结论 膀胱癌患者血清、尿液及组织中MMP、TIMP及VEGF均呈现高表达状态,且其分期较高者的表达水平相对更高. Objectives To investigate and study the change state of serum,urine and tissue MMP,TIMP and VEGF of patients with bladder cancer.Methods 95 patients with bladder cancer in our hospital from July 2009 to June 2013 were the observation group,95 patients with bladder benign lesions at the same time were the control group,then the serum,urine and tissue MMP,TIMP and VEGF of two groups were detected and compared,and the detection levels of serum,urine and tissue MMP,TIMP and VEGF levels of patients in observation group with different stages were compared too.Results The serum and urine MMP,TIMP and VEGF levels of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the positive rate of tissue MMP,TIMP and VEGF were higher than those of control group too,the detection results of patients in observation group with higher stage were all higher than those of patients with lower stage,all P < 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusions The serum,urine and tissue MMP,TIMP and VEGF of patients with bladder cancer all show the state of high expression,and the expression levels of patients were relatively higher.
