粘蛋白MUC1在膀胱肿瘤与膀胱良性病变中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测粘蛋白MUC1在膀胱肿瘤和膀胱良性病变中的表达,探讨其在膀胱肿瘤诊断和免疫治疗中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法和高清晰度彩色医学图文分析系统,对48例膀胱癌组织、45例腺性膀胱炎组织和10例正常膀胱组织(对照组)粘蛋白MUC1表达进行检测分析。结果:MUC1在膀胱肿瘤组织、腺性膀胱炎组织中的平均灰度均显著低于正常膀胱组织(P<0.001);膀胱肿瘤组织中平均灰度低于腺性膀胱炎组织,但两者差别没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:粘蛋白MUC1作为肿瘤相关抗原,在膀胱肿瘤发生、发展中起着重要的作用,为下一步研究膀胱肿瘤免疫治疗提供了实验基础。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of MUC1 in human carcinoma of bladder and cystitis glandularis and their significance. Methods: MUC1 was detected in 48 cases of bladder carcinoma (tumor group), in 45 cases of cystitis grandularis (benign group) and in 10 cases of human normal bladder (control group) with immunohistochemical stains and HMIAS-2000 image analysis system. Results: The mean value of gray scale for MUC1 was significantly lower in tumor group and benign group, compared to control group (P<0.01). Furthermore, the value was significantly lower in tumor group than in benign group, but there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05). Conclusion: As a new tumor-associated antigen, MUC1 may play an important role in the occurrence and progress of bladder carcinoma and can also be used for immunotherapy.
