摘要
目的:探讨凝胶穴位敷贴结合超声雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法:将90例慢性咽炎患者随机分为A、B、C3组。A组给予单纯超声雾化吸入治疗,B组给予凝胶穴位敷贴治疗,C组给予凝胶穴位敷贴结合超声雾化吸入治疗,各组疗程均为10 d,观察3组患者的临床症状体征评分。结果:C组患者与A、B两组患者相比较,其临床症状体征评分明显要低,差异具有统计学意义。结论:凝胶穴位敷贴结合超声雾化吸入方法治疗慢性咽炎能够改善临床治疗效果,具有较好疗效,有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective ：To explore the therapeutic effect of the gel of point application combining with ultrasonic atomization in- halation on treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods ：90 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into three groups. For 10 days, Group A was given the therapy of ultrasonic atomization simply. Group B was given the therapy of point application sim- ply, and group C was given the therapy of the gel of point application combining with ultrasonic atomization inhalation. The thera- peutic effect was observed by Standard Evaluation of Clinical Manifestation. Results ： The score of Standard Evaluation on Group C was significant lower than that of both Group A and B. The difference was statistical significance. Conclusion：The therapeutic method of the gel of point application combining with ultrasonic atomization inhalation on treating chronic pharyngitis can improve the clinical curative effect. It has a certain clinical value.
