摘要
本文主要探索应用于检验检疫管理决策中的统计思想,提倡运用管理统计学方法对检验检疫发展的关键要素进行绩效评估和管理决策,并着重介绍了多指标综合评价法、投入产出分析法在检验检疫管理决策的实际应用。通过研究,旨在达到合理配置资源、提高行政管理效率的目的,为检验检疫管理者科学决策提供有力统计方法和数据支持。
The statistical thinking in this paper is mainly used in the Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine management decision, and management of statistical methods for the Inspection and Quarantine is should to be used when evaluating the performance and making management decisions. This paper focuses on introduction of the multi-index evaluation method and input-output analysis in the practical management decisions of Inspection and Quarantine. By this research, we hope to achieve the rational allocation of resources, improve administrative efficiency, provide statistical methods and data strong support for the scientific decision-making for Inspection and Quarantine manager.
