摘要
目的探讨护理本科生职业决策与临床学习环境的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取北京市、河北省7所三级综合医院临床实习末期的护理本科生420名为研究对象。应用护理本科生职业决策问卷和临床学习环境评价量表进行调查。结果在职业决策问卷调查中,得分最高的维度是社会因素(3.93±0.71)分,最低的维度是个人因素(3.25±0.74)分;对临床学习环境评价中得分最高的维度是人际关系(3.31±0.68)分,最低的维度是学生参与性(2.68±0.74)分。职业决策中的社会因素、雇主因素与临床学习环境评价中的工作氛围及团队文化和学生参与性呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生选择长期从事护理工作的比率较低,在职业决策过程中对所选职业的社会认可度、工作待遇等方面的关注程度最高,临床学习环境中的护理工作氛围和所从事的护理工作内容影响护理本科生的职业决策。
Objective To investigate the impact of self-perceived clinical learning environment(CLE)on undergraduate nursing students' career decision. Methods Totally 420 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with Career Decision Inventory and Perceptions of Clinical Learning Environment Questionnaire. Results Of all the dimension of career decision, the higher score was from social influence 3.93±0.71 and the lower score from individual influence 3.25±0.74. The higher score of nursing students' perceptions of CLE was from interpersonal relationship 3.31±0.68 and the lower score from students' participation 2.68±0.74. Social factor and employer factor of students' career decision were negatively correlated with working atmosphere and students' participation(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical learning environment has influence on the undergraduate nursing students' career decision.
