旋风分离器进气管角度对其分离效率和流场分布模拟的影响

Influence of Declination Angle for Gas Inlet Tube of Cyclone Separator on Its Separation Efficiency and Flow Field Distribution Simulation

摘要 选用RNG k-ε模型,对旋风分离器内部流场进行了模拟分析,比较了进气管相对筒体在不同偏转角度下对旋风分离器分离效率和压力场分布的影响。将模拟结果与给定条件下旋风实际性能需要进行对比,结果表明:入口管的偏转角度在0°-10°之间将可能实现其分离效率和压降综合性能的最优化。 By selecting RNG k-e model, simulation analysis was made for internal flow field of cyclone separator, influence of gas inlet tube on both separation efficiency and pressure field distribution of cyclone separator was made under its different declination angles relative to cyhnder. Comparison was made for taking the simulating result with practical performance demand of cyclone under given conditions ; result indicates that it is possible to realize optimization of comprehensive property for separation efficiency and pressure drop in case of the declination angle of inlet tube between 0° - 10°.
