摘要
目的观察LED白光治疗低出生体重儿病理性黄疸的临床治疗效果。方法 53例低体重新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分2组:治疗组28例予LED白光治疗,对照组25例给予普通蓝光治疗,对两组疗效及副作用进行对比分析。结果胆红素下降值,黄疸消退速度,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LED白光治疗低体重新生儿病理性黄疸安全、有效,能减少不良反应的发生率,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of LED white light treatment in pathological jaundice in low birth weight Infants. Methods 53 cases of pathological jaundice low birth weight infants were divided randomly into 2 groups, the infant in the treatment group of 28 patients were given LED white light treatment, control group was composed of 25 patients and given conventional blue light treatment. Results The therapeutic group was better than the control group on the average value of declining of bilirubin（P〈0.05）, and the treatment group＇s side effect formation rate was also lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of pathological jaundice of low birth weight Infants by LED white light are efficacious and safe, and treatment time can be shortened.
