摘要
目的探讨个性化健康教育的效果及评价方法。方法将378例疗养员根据入院第一诊断分为健康/亚健康组、心脑血管病组、代谢综合征组。入院时完成保健知识评估问卷,疗养期间采用个性化健康教育处方为特色的健康教育模式,出院时再次进行问卷评估。结果 3组疗养员经健康教育干预后,保健知识评分均明显提高(P<0.01)。结论个性化健康教育是十分有效的健康教育模式,问卷评分对比法是对健康教育评价进行量化的有益探索。
Objective To investigate the effect and evaluation method of individualized health education. Methods 378 convalescents were divided into three groups according to their first diagnosis:healthy/subhealthy group, cardia-cerebrovascular disease group and metabolic syndrome group.Health knowledge assessment questionnaires were completed on admission ,and individualized health education model were applied during convalescence period, then the questionnaires were completed once again on hospital discharge.Results The scores of health knowledge in the three groups were significantly promoted after health education (P 〈 0.01 ).Conclusion Individualize health education is a very effective health education model and questionnaire-constrast method is a beneficial exploraion to quantify health education evaluation
