摘要
目的探讨继续医学教育对现代疗养院的重要作用和建设思路。方法分析疗养院继续医学教育现状,并与现实需求进行对照研究。结果疗养院继续医学教育现状与现实需求存在一定差距。结论疗养院应加快继续医学教育的建设,为疗养院建设奠定良好的人才基础。
Objective To probe into the significance of continuing medical education to modem sanatorium and its construction thoughts.Methods The situation of continuing medical education at modem sanatorium was analyzed and control study was conducted with realistic demand.Results There was a gap between the present situation of continuing medical education and realistic demand. Conclusion The construction of continuing medical education should be accelerated so as to establish a solid talent foundation for sanatorium construction
